Can I return an online purchase at one of the Fat Tuesday or New Orleans Original Daiquiris locations? 
All returns must be processed through Fat Tuesday Customer Service at 800.577.3456 or via sales@fattuesday.com. We are unable to accept returns at our retail locations. 

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We currently ship orders only to the 50 US states through our website. If you are outside United States and would like to purchase our products, please contact us at sales@fattuesday.com.

How can I cancel my order? 
If you would like to cancel an order, please call 800.577.3456 so a customer service representative can determine the status. 

How can I check my order status?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used to check the status of your order on the FedEx website?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Regular Ground Shipping generally takes 7 to 10 working days from the time we process your order until it reaches your door. Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders will ship the same day provided we receive them by 1:00 PM CST. All Express orders received after 1:00 PM CST will be shipped the next business day. 

How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders via FedEx from our warehouse in Harahan, Louisiana facility and the method is up to you. Orders can be shipped via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or Regular Ground service. If you're thirsty you'll want it as quick as possible.
